John T. Juricek, Professor Emeritus (B.A., University of Chicago, 1959; M.A., 1962; Ph.D, 1970) American Colonial History and The Indian in American History.Author, Colonial Georgia and the Creeks: Anglo-Indian Diplomacy on the Southern Frontier, 1733-1763 (2010); Endgame for Empire: British-Creek Relations in Georgia and Vicinity, 1763-1776 (2015). These narrative histories are grounded on two documentary collections I edited:Georgia Treaties, 1733-1763 (1989) and Georgia and Florida Treaties, 1763-1776 (2002), volumes 11 and 12 of Early American Indian Documents: Treaties and Laws, 1607-1789.
